Pierluigi Berchicci has over twenty-five years of Investment Banking and Capital Markets experience.
Prior to founding ValeCap in 2010, Pierluigi Berchicci spent thirteen years with Merrill Lynch and three with Morgan Stanley, in London, New York and Milan, with management roles at Italian (Head of Corporate Debt) and European (Head of Public Sector DCM) level.
Pierluigi Berchicci structured several principal investment, non-recourse financing and securitisation transactions, for a wide range of asset classes (infrastructure, NPLs, real estate, financial assets, lotteries, tickets, libraries of rights, working capital), including many “first time” deals.
