Enrico Benigni has over twenty years of structured finance and investment banking experience.
Prior to founding ValeCap in 2010, Enrico spent three years with Merrill Lynch and seven with Banca Intesa in Milan and London.
He structured securitization transactions and non-recourse financing on different asset classes (trade receivables, auto loans, leasing, residential mortgages, warehouse facilities, etc.), set up the European purchasing entity of Intesa ABCP Conduit and advised on several investment transactions in the renewable energy sector.
